Who are you as a human?

I’m a parent and partner who finds joy in the great outdoors. When I’m not fulfilling my role with Be Well, you’ll often find me hiking, cycling or spending quality time with my family. Creativity fuels my spirit, and I relish opportunities to let my imagination roam free. As a natural explorer, I delight in discovering new experiences through travel, culinary adventures, and music. I can be a bit of a goofball and will jump at the opportunity to play, make silly sound effects, break out in song or a have an impromptu dance party. At the heart of my life are family, connection and kindness—values that guide all that I do.

What do you love about Be Well?

Being a part of the Be Well team gives me the opportunity to dig into the latest research in brain science and channel my creativity to make that science come alive. It is truly rewarding to create environments where mental health is destigmatized, helping individuals feel seen and valued. I am grateful for the opportunity to grow alongside the individuals I have the privilege of engaging with. Each day is unique at Be Well, offering chances to connect with people both in our community and within our organization. In a world where care, connection and hope are essential, I strive to weave these elements into every interaction I have.
