Who are you as a human?

I am a mother to one amazing adult son , a challenge loving human who loves my 5am workout. I value my family, friends and friends that are called family. I love time outdoors and especially love walking the woods , hiking, light weight Backpacking, running , exploring and vote mountains and desert top on my list! . I value time with people and thrive in caring connections.

What do you love about Be Well?

Be Well allows creativity and outreach on a daily basis. It allows for deeper and meaningful connections with fellow Colleagues and those in other agencies as well as with those in the community. It allows time to research, build, and bring caring reminders and new practices. Be Well allows permission to give the care we need and offerings to fit our day to day time both at work and all the other wonderful places we journey.
