Radical Rest

Practicing radical rest is all about giving ourselves permission to slow down and recharge as we prepare for the winter months and holidays ahead. By prioritizing our own well-being, we can be better equipped to navigate whatever realities this season brings. Join this Be Well Experience as we prioritize restoration amidst the hustle and bustle of a busy end to the year.

Honoring World Mental Health Day

October 10, 2023 is recognized as World Mental Health Day. This day of awareness reminds us and encourages us to keep our brain health top of mind. As defined by the World Health Organization, this year’s #WorldMentalHealthDay theme is centered around “our mind, our rights.” Together, we can acknowledge that brain health is a universal human right, not just on World Mental Health Day, but all year round. Check out the results from our October Be Well Experience below as we gathered to care for our brain health and drove action toward protecting brain health as a basic right for all.

Family Wellness

August often brings about a time of change for our biological (and chosen) families. When everything around us is in flux, curating time to connect through intentional self-care practices, alongside our people, can help us feel grounded. This Be Well Experience engages our families in ways to care for our bodies, minds and hearts in the midst of change.

4.4.23

Burnout & Overwhelm

This Be Well Experience is focused upon understanding burnout and prioritizing and honoring our limits. When navigating burnout, especially in the workplace, it’s important to recognize what aspects of our roles are contributing to our stress levels as well as what small steps we can take to go from surviving our work days to thriving in them.

  • Elevates brain health
  • Serves as a visual reminder of ending stigma associated with brain health, inspiring lives worth living, and reducing suicide
  • Opens conversations to additional supports and resources
  • Includes a plaque with attached QR code that allows individuals to connect with brain health resources in the moment
  • Is a decorative, custom sculpture designed by local artist, Adrienne Luther
  • Inspires HOPE for a better tomorrow
