An advisory from the U.S. Surgeon General shows that caregivers are more burned out and lonely than ever. Whether we are new or experienced, taking care of kids today can be hard. Many kids are feeling sad or worried, and this can make adults feel stressed too. Let’s take intentional time to care for us so we can continue to support our youth. Use the ideas below to care for your brain throughout the month or come up with your own!

This is a time for grown-ups to talk about what it's like to care for kids, share helpful tips, and learn ways to feel better. Remember, we’re all in this together, and we can support each other!
